Maxim was arrested 29th of August 2010, as a prominent anti-fascist and social activist after a demonstration of anarchists and antifascists 28th of July in city of Khimki against outrages, connected with of construction of Moscow-St. Petersburg highway. One day after him, Alexey Gaskarov was arrested as well.

Maxim was arrested 29th of August 2010, as a prominent anti-fascist and social activist after a demonstration of anarchists and antifascists 28th of July in city of Khimki against outrages, connected with of construction of Moscow-St. Petersburg highway. One day after him, Alexey Gaskarov was arrested as well.
