Mikalaj is a Belarussian social activist and anarchist. He is one of the Belarussian anarchists, who were arrested during mass repressions of the September. 1st of October he was filed with charges according to statute 339, second paragraph of the Belarussian criminal codex (hooliganism), which carries a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison, for an anti-militarist action at the military headquarters of the republic of Belarus 19th of September 2009.
