Maxim was released court pending 6th of September 2021. He was sentenced to a fine of 300 000 rubles in March 2023.
Maxim Smolnikov is an anarchist and street artist from Khabarovsk, with pseudonyme Xadad. He is accused of justification of terrorism for commentary in social media on Mikhayl Zhlobitskiy, who exploded himself in FSB building in Arkhangelsk.
Court remanded him for two months 12th of May 2021.
