Kirill Kuzminkin
Kirill Kuzminkin, 14, is suspected of "illegal acquisition and storage of explosives or explosive devices” (Article 222.1 CCRF) and “illegal manufacture of explosives, explosive devices” (Article 223.1 CCRF). The detention took place on November 2. The FSB officers allegedly found Kirill through telephone contacts of a 17-year-old Mikhail Zhlobitsky, who on October 31 blew himself up in the regional FSB Directorate building, killing himself and injuring 3 FSB officers.
