Chita case

Aleksandr Snezhkov is accused of ”public incitement to terrorist activities”, ”vandalism” and ”public incitement to actions attempting to violate territorial integrity of the Russian federation”. He was remanded in January 2023. On April 25, 2024, the 1st District Military Court in a visiting session in Chita sentenced Alexander Snezhkov to 6 years.

Lyubov Lizunova is accused of ”public incitement to terrorist activities”, ”vandalism” and ”public incitement to actions attempting to violate territorial integrity of the Russian federation”. She is under home arrest. On April 25, 2024, the 1st District Military Court in a visiting session in Chita sentenced Lyubov Lizunova to 3.5 years in prison. On the eve of the debate, the prosecutor asked to appoint Lizunova - 5 years. The court also dismissed Lizunova's criminal case of vandalism for graffiti due to the expiration of the statute of limitations on prosecution for minors. Antifa United case

Bogdan Yakimenko In early June 2024, 8 anti-fascists were detained in Moscow and Rostov-on-Don in the case of the "creation of the extremist organization Antifa United". This was reported by the metropolitan Department of the Investigative Committee. According to the security forces, this organization "engaged in the involvement of persons, including minors" and "planning hate crimes <...> against law enforcement officers" (parts 1, 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). In end of August 2022 antifascists and anarchists were arrested in Tyumen, Yekaterinburg and Surgut. Authorities claim that two of them had explosives, with which they were planning to blow up an electric station. All arrested are accused according to statue 205.4 of Russian criminal codex "Organising of a terrorist community and participation in it". All of them have told about tortures.
