Nikita was released court pending 5th of May 2021.
Nikita was born on the 17th of August 2005. Before his arrest, he was living in the city of Kansk in the Krasnoyarsk region, and had finished 8th class in school. Nikita is an anarchist, he was reading books by Kropotkin, listening to music of Yegor Letov, and studying guitar. He was interested of politics, he criticized the state and supported political prisoners.
Nikita is charged according to statutes 205.3 and 205.4 of the Russian criminal codex.
Statute 205.3, studying with a goal of engaging in a terrorist activity, has a prison sentence ranging 15-20 years, after which 1-2 years in a half-way house type of arrangement, or a life sentence.
Statute 205.4, establishing of a terrorist organization, has a prison sentence ranging of 15-20 years, after which 1-2 years in a half-way house type of arrangement, and optionally an additional one million ruble fine (approximately 10 000 dollars), or a fine equal to five-years of income, or a life sentence. As Nikita is underage, he can not be sentenced to more than 10 years in prison. Nikita is denying the charges against him.
