Given a probational sentence 10th of February 2022.
Denis has born on the 13th of October 2005. Before his arrest, he was living in the city of Kansk in the Krasnoyarsk region, and he had finished the 8th class in school, Denis is an anarchist, and interested in politics. He was criticizing state authority, and supported political prisoners.
Denis is charged according to statutes 205.3 of and 205.4 of the Russian criminal codex.
Statute 205.3, studying with a goal of engaging in a terrorist activity, has a prison sentence ranging 15-20 years, after which 1-2 years in a half-way house type of arrangement, or a life sentence.
Statute 205.4, establishing of a terrorist organization, has a prison sentence ranging of 15-20 years, after which 1-2 years in a half-way house type of arrangement, and optionally an additional one million ruble fine (approximately 10 000 dollars), or a fine equal to five-years of income, or a life sentence. As Denis is underage, he can not be sentenced to more than 10 years in prison. Denis first admitted to the charges against him during under duress, but has since then denied these charges. He has been imprisoned since November 2020.
