On October 31, 2022, officers of the Chita FSB detained 19-year-old Alexander Snezhkov and 16-year-old Lyubov Lizunova during the graffiti "Death to the regime". As it turned out later, the FSB was more interested in the activities of the guys on the Internet, since they administered the resources of Shugan-25 and 75zlo. Lyuba and Sasha are charged under three articles: 205.2 (public calls to carry out terrorist activities), 214.2 (vandalism) and 280.1 (public calls to carry out actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation). Searches were conducted, equipment, records and anti-fascist paraphernalia were seized from the children. December 10, 2022 Snezhkov and Lizunova were included in the official list of terrorists. Since January 2023, Snezhkov has been in jail, and Lizunov is under house arrest.
On April 11, 2024, the anarchist and the defendant in the Chita case, 17-year-old Lyubov Lizunova, tightened the measure of restraint from house arrest to a pre-trial detention center. This was announced in a letter by the second person involved in the case, anarchist Alexander Snezhkov. "Lyuba was also arrested. He will finish the 10th grade in the pre—trial detention center," Snezhkov wrote. According to Lyubov's relative, she violated the house arrest regime and was two hours late home.
On April 25, 2024, the 1st District Military Court in a visiting session in Chita sentenced Lyubov Lizunova to 3.5 years in prison. On the eve of the debate, the prosecutor asked to appoint Lizunova - 5 years. The court also dismissed Lizunova's criminal case of vandalism for graffiti due to the expiration of the statute of limitations on prosecution for minors.
