At the end of August 2022, Yuri Neznamov and five other anti-fascists and anarchists were detained in Tyumen, Yekaterinburg and Surgut. The security forces claim that the young men had an explosive substance that they allegedly wanted to test in the area of the Tyumen power plant. All are accused under Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code "Organization of a terrorist community and participation in it." After the visit by the lawyers, everyone reported torture.
