The founder of the libertarian library and a musician from Surgut, is charged under Article 205.4 "organization of a terrorist organization" and under Part 1 of Article 30, part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "preparation for a terrorist act". Nikita faces up to 30 years or life in prison. At the end of August 2022, Nikita Oleinik and five other anti-fascists and anarchists were detained in Tyumen, Yekaterinburg and Surgut. The security forces claim that the young men had an explosive substance that they allegedly wanted to test in the area of the Tyumen power plant. All are accused under Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code "Organization of a terrorist community and participation in it." After the visit by the lawyers, everyone reported torture.
