18-year-old anti-fascist Yuri Mikheev was detained along with Matvey Melnikov on November 10 on the territory of a military unit in the Moscow region. The FSB accused the young men of planning to set fire to military equipment, including the 40B6 universal mobile tower, which is an integral part of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system. A criminal case was opened against Yuri Mikheev on preparation for sabotage and he was sent to a pre-trial detention center (SIZO). The young man faces up to 10 years in prison. Yuri Mikheev is an anti—fascist, he does not support Russian aggression against Ukraine. In March 2024, operatives from the FSB came to Yuri Mikheev in jail with a proposal to conclude a pre-trial agreement. Yuri refused. However, the FSB officials suggested that he think more and consult with his lawyer. The FSB officers did not explain exactly what they wanted from Mikheev as part of the pre-trial agreement.
Yuri Mikheev's support group announced a collection of 420 thousand rubles. This is the amount that is necessary to ensure the work of a lawyer.
